One of my best friends wives sent me a text tonight telling me that he has been drinking a lot and beating her.

My heart dropped to my stomach. They have two wonderful children who are great friends with my kids. Knowing the torment and emotional devastation this has on her I had no choice but to tell her she needs to take the kids and get away.

She should call the police and have him arrested than while in court request he continue to pay house payment as child support.

After I personally lived with a woman who was very violent and scratch me slapped me and damaged my car and not morally or in my heart capable of ever defending myself I got the courage and mind set to leave. ( more on that later)

I knew it was going to be a tough road for her. Many more are living this life but we are here to hopefully be able to reach woman and men who want to change for the better.

My friends having one boy an done girl in knew in my heart he would not hurt the children physically but emotionally they will be traumatized. The young girl will forever fear men and there son with early intervention will never become an abuser himself.

I already heard her signs of blame. She said it was only when he drank and only if she asked him or told him to help around the house or stop drinking so much. We tend to make a million accuses hoping things will improve to stay but can never find the #1 reason to leave. “Your right and your children’s rights to live freely without fear or harm!”
